New to CrossFit?
We have two options for you to learn more:
1) Schedule a No Sweat Intro/ orientation where you come in and meet with a coach “click here” to fill out the waiver and schedule your orientation.
2) Come in and try a free class to see if it’s a right fit for you. To register for a class make a profile “click here” and then select your class time.
If you’ve never done CrossFit at an Affiliate before we recommend you start with the No Sweat Intro before you try a class.
What to expect during the orientation
During the orientation or “No Sweat Intro” is a chance for you to come in learn about what to expect in class go over any questions you might have but more importantly it’s to eliminate the fear of starting something new! You’ll leave with confidence that CrossFit is right for you.
- What happens in class.
- What to expect from your Coach.
- The CFL functional movement screening, we take a look at your range of motion and address any current or old injuries.
- Your goals and your why. This is about you and what you want out of your fitness journey.
- Go over any questions you may have.
- It takes about 15-30 minutes and there is no workout involved.
