February – Member of the Month

Congratulations to our February Member of the Month- Mary Bitzer! Mary has been with us for a few years now, but started making the real kinda gains after last year’s Nutrition Challenge and the 2018 CrossFit Open. Mary is always willing to work hard, help corral a class with her teacher whistle, and spend extra time on mobility. She was one of the coaches nominees for the CFL 2018 “Most Coachable” award, and if you’re ever around her that’s no surprise. She listens, smiles, pushes herself, and is a constant supporter of the people around her. She works on her weaknesses and listens to the coaches without ever having an ego. We are enjoying watching her surprise herself as she gains confidence inside the gym, but secretly know she is going to be surprising herself for a long time to come. She is strong, capable, and we are beyond lucky to have her with us at CFL.
She is also the person who donated her time and camera for our amazing “member” wall! How lucky are we!
