June -Member of Month
Congratulations to Stephanie Cowan- our June Member of the Month! We enjoy spotlighting one member each month to let you see a different side of them. With the ever growing community at CFL, we want you to feel like you know people from all hours of the day! MOM gives us that chance, to ask questions, hear your funny answers, and celebrate the community that makes CFL such a great place
Stephanie came to us from Virginia a while back, with her very funny husband Stefano. (Yes you read that right). When we first met her, she let us know the old box used to call them “Nee” and “No” to differentiate. (If you forget their names, you can say “Steph” and they will both answer!) Stephanie is always willing to hang out, chat, and have a good time after the workout. She has a great laugh and is almost always smiling. She’s incredibly easy to get to know, so make sure to introduce yourself if you haven’t already when you see her!

What does CFL mean to you?
Crossfit Livermore has become a place where I can challenge my fitness level, but also where I feel apart of a community. I felt so isolated when I moved here from Virginia last year and CFL has helped changed that. I am thankful for all the coaches and athletes at CFL for creating such a welcoming environment.
Thank you Stephanie for being our June MOM
