April- Member of the month Congratulations to our April Member of the Month- Alex Gehlert! Alex has been with us for 4 years now and has only continued to improve every year. He destroyed 19.1 (345 reps!) and got bar muscle ups for the first time in a workout during 19.4. December - Member Of the Month Congratulations to our December Member of the Month- Yehna Cho! Yehna came to check us out in 2017 and we are so happy she did.
