April – Member of the Month

April- Member of the month Congratulations to our April Member of the Month- Alex Gehlert! Alex has been with us for 4 years now and has only continued to improve every year. He destroyed 19.1 (345 reps!) and got bar muscle ups for the first time in a workout during 19.4. Alex is laid back and incredibly kind, but don't let that fool you, he has been attacking workouts and is getting leaner every week. He was in the running for CFL's
